Gourmet grilling with salt block
You may already know smoking boards made of cedar. Now there is another great method to grill your fish, meat or vegetables indirectly, giving it an intense flavor. Particularly suitable for the salt block is fish such as e.g. Salmon. Place the plank on the grill for about 20 minutes to make it hot. Just put your food on it. Lid to and the fish gassed without adding fat. Seasoning is possible, afterwards salting is no longer necessary. The salt plank is washed after use (without rinsing agent) and can be reused.
